Upon entering "La Maison de Jade", the Asian influence becomes apparent: a small wooden bridge straddles a pond of water lilies and reeds where koi carp peacefully swim. This is bordered on one side by a wall of pebbles over which freshening water cascades.
Set discreetly into the hillside above beautiful Marigot Beach and Bay on the French West Indies island of St. Barths, this five bedroom villa is newly completed and available by invitation only. Below is a description of the layout, bedrooms, public areas and incredible infinity edge pool and outdoor deck areas that take maximum advantage of the privileged, private setting.
On first glance, we also notice the television cabinet; the only of its kind in the world. This piece was specially commissioned for the residence, as in fact were most of the other decorative pieces of furniture.
Four superb cottages, each decorated with a specific theme of Asian culture await their guests. A magnificient tropical garden sets each bungalow and building into a quiet ambiance.

BEDROOMS Amenities includes platform King size bed, A/C, safe, ensuite bathroom w/ dressing, double vanity, walk-in indoor & outdoor shower, Flat screen TV, Dish network, Canal Sat, DVD player, Sonos sound system, video collection Bedroom 1 – Nice décor w/ Hermes orange & chocolate tones – Next door a bedroom is suitable for a child. Bedroom 2 & 3 & 4 – Each one islocated in an independent cottage. Opens onto a private terrace & view. Bedroom 5 – This bedroom has been recently refurbished with a tailored made closet and bed.
DINNING ROOM Located under the covered part of the terrace, a large wooden table that can seat 18-20 pax.
KITCHEN Large well-equipped kitchen w/ modern stainless appliances
LIVING ROOM Opens onto terrace & view. 3 large comfortable dark grey sofas. - Large flat screen TV, Canal Sat, Dish network, DVD player, HiFi surround system, internet w/ WiFi. A/C.
POOL Large mirror-like pool with water overflow (heated). Large steps for easy access. Outdoor shower. Wonderfull lighting at night.
SPA Heated Jacuzzi for 5 pax on the terrace, facing the view of Marigot bay.
TERRACE Large terrace which makes the length of villa & surrounds pool. Outdoor living area & dining area under the covered part of the terrace.Gazebo w/ wide day-bed. Deckchairs. Overlooks Marigot Bay/Montjean hillside.
PROJECTION ROOM Located at the entrance of the villa. Private air-conditioned cinema w/ 7 electric adjustable seats & a nice Asian décor w/ Red Chinese lanterns. Large video collection. Blue-Ray DVD player
FITNESS ROOM Air-conditioned gym room w/ various body-building devices, treadmill... This fitness area also has a Sauna, an ensuite bathoom, a large shower with Rainfall Stainless Steel Square Shower Head in the massage room.
KIDS ROOM Two additional bedrooms with unique decoration are available. One with video and music server and satellite TV
