Terms of Booking

 

CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT TIME:
Check-in time: after 5pm
Check-out time: before 10am


RATES DEFINITION:
All given rates are in EUR including taxes & services.
The minimum stay requirements can vary for each villa and will be communicated upon booking.
Rates may be subject to change without notice.


DEPOSIT:
A deposit of 30% of the property rental amount must be paid. No contract with us will exist until we have received this amount and the booking form duly signed, and have subsequently confirmed your booking.


PAYMENT OF THE BALANCE:
The balance of the payment must be paid at least 60 days before arrival. If the balance is not received by ERVR by the due date, ERVR shall be entitled to cancel the booking without prejudice to its claim for cancellation charges, and to retain the deposit. For booking made within 60 days of arrival date, the Client will be required to pay the full cost of its rental at the time of booking.
If the balance is not settled within the specified timeframe, Eden Rock Villa Rental reserves the right to cancel the reservation without prejudice to the cancellation terms.


SECURITY DEPOSIT:
A security deposit will be required to confirm a reservation. The amount vary for each villa and will be communicated upon booking. The security deposit is paid to cover any damage that may be caused to the rented goods and to movable or other objects furnishing the premises as well as to the various charges and consumption. This sum will be refunded after departure depending of any damages which will be reported by the villa owner.

 

CANCELLATION BY THE CLIENT:
If the Client cancels sixty-one (61) days or more prior to arrival: The AGENCY shall receive cancellation charges equal to thirty per cent (30%) of the gross rent.
If the client cancels between sixty (60) and thirty-one (31) days prior to arrival: The AGENCY shall receive cancellation charges equal to fifty per cent (50%) of the Gross rent.
If the Client cancels thirty (30) days or less prior to arrival: The AGENCY shall receive cancellation charges equal to one hundred per cent (100%) of the Gross rent.
The full stay amount will be due in case of cancellation, no-show, or changes to the reservation (such as modifications in the number of guests, early departure, etc.).


INSURANCE:
Travel insurance, Homeowners Insurance or other policies are available and may cover you for certain misfortunes, unexpected events and delays which might interrupt, delay or cancel your travel plans. The appropriate coverage should be purchased at the time of the booking. The Client’s signature on the booking form confirms that the Client is aware such insurance exists and has selected appropriate coverage for this booking.


VISA:
Please double check with you Embassy if a Visa is required for your travel.
