*Rates are per week, in USD and exclude tourism tax (5%) and service fee (15%). A minimum stay of 7 nights is requested, shorter stays are on request. *All bookings that include Christmas Day or New Year’s Day will be charged at the festive season rate and for a minimum of 14 days. Rates may be subject to change without notice, please see our terms of booking for detailed information.

If the reservation is made within one hundred and twenty (120) days or less before arrival: The full payment of the gross rent for the rental is due within five (5) to ten (10) days from the acceptance of the reservation offer by the client and in any event before the arrival of the client.
